The Black Rock Christmas parade is December 7th. Registration and line up will start between 4 and 4:30 at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church and the parade will start around 5. It will end on Main Street where kids can visit with Santa and enjoy cookies and hot chocolate.
In case of weather, there will not be a rescheduled date due to the busy Christmas season.
