The 2019 Black Rock Foothills Festival takes place November 1st-3rd. This year we have a few new activities including a Dutch Oven Cook Off. We also have a great musical lineup. Below is a schedule of events that will take place throughout the weekend. If you are interested in a booth, there are still spots available. Booths are $5 or $20 for booths with an electrical hookup. Call the City Hall at 870-878-6792 for more information.

The Male Beauty Pageant begins at 1:00 pm. 1st prize is a $100 Visa card, 2nd prize is a $50 Visa card, and 3rd prize is a $25 Visa card.
