On Saturday the Black Rock Main Street organization hosted the 1st Annual Touch A Truck event in downtown Black Rock.
Kids of all ages were allowed to get up close and personal with many different kinds of vehicles ranging from Black Rock’s patrol vehicle to a helicopter flown in from Hospital Wing.
Children were able to speak with the people who operated these vehicles and get their questions answered.
Those in attendance were Dail’s Wrecker Service of Ravenden, Craighead Electric, Black Rock Police, Hospital Wing, Black Rock Fire Department, Lawrence County Sheriff’s Dive Team, Strawberry Fire Department and several others. Music was provided by Brandon and Roxy Gray.
