Free Athletic Physicals will be August 1st at Imboden Rural Health Clinic.
Schedule:
8:00 am – Girls Basketball & Softball
9:00 – Boys Basketball
10:00 – Cross Country & Track
10:30 – Baseball
Check with your coach to obtain forms, or they can be picked up in the Sloan-Hendrix Administration Office.
Forms must be filled out and signed by parent/guardian before the physical will be given. No signature, no physical
Cross Country/Track athletes please have your physical taken care of before school starts. If you can not make it this day, go to your family doctor and get it taken care of.
