Greene County Sheriff David Carter announced Friday evening that fugitive suspect Greg Fender was arrested after a pursuit in a stolen vehicle and a short foot pursuit. Â Fender was wanted for felony charges in Greene, Randolph, Craighead, and Lawrence counties.
On June 6th Fender led Lawrence county deputies in a high speed pursuit involving yet another stolen vehicle. Â Fender was a fugitive on the run since that time.
Fender was booked in the Greene County Jail on multiple felony charges. Â He will be returned to Lawrence County to face felony charges at a later date.
