On Thursday, November 02, 2017, at approximately 10:40 a.m., Walnut Ridge Officers were dispatched to Don’s Steakhouse in reference to an individual urinating on their property. Upon officer’s arrival, they met with several employees from the restaurant, which were also witnesses of the incident.
The witnesses stated to the officers they witnessed Wayne Bristow,urinating on their property, which was not only in public but broad daylight as well.
While attempting to investigate the incident, Bristow tried to flee from the officers but was caught. After a thorough investigation was complete, Bristow was transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center.
Bristow was charged with Obstructing Governmental Operations and Disorderly Conduct. Bristow’s first court appearance was set for December 01, at the Lawrence County Courthouse.
