Let’s get cooking! Join Davidsonville Historic State Park staff for a delicious day of Dutch oven cooking and eating as Thanksgiving draws near. Pioneers relied heavily on Dutch ovens when they were traveling west to settle the frontier. Learn how to use and care for these ovens as we cook up a Thanksgiving meal to be remembered. Once the cooking is done, we’re inviting local veterans to come have a meal with us! We hope to see you out for a memorable afternoon of learning, cooking, and fellowship.
