Tuesday morning the Lawrence County Dispatch received a 911 call reporting a fully involved structure fire at 641 Hwy 91 outside Hoxie.
The Hoxie Fire Department was requested to the scene and responded with several trucks. Hoxie requested additional water tankers from the Walnut Ridge Fire Department, Sedgwick Fire Department and Bono Fire Department.
An ambulance was requested for standby on the scene, Medic One Ambulance responded to the scene.
Firefighters described the fire as fully involved, the structure was said to be a total loss. No word on the cause of the fire at this time. Craighead Electric was also called to the scene for the utilities.
