Shortly after 7 pm the Lawrence County Dispatch received a report of a two vehicle accident on Hwy 63 north of Black Rock with possible entrapment.
Black Rock Fire, Black Rock Police, AET Ambulance and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies were all requested to the scene.
Once on scene, the rear-end type accident had one lane of traffic blocked but all the occupants of the vehicles were out and uninjured. Black Rock Fire assisted with traffic and helped clear debris from the roadway.
The accident is being investigated by the Black Rock Police Department. Cook’s Wrecker Service of Walnut Ridge removed both vehicles from the scene. Lawrence County Deputies assisted with traffic control as well. The roadway was opened back up shortly after 8 pm.
