Prosecutor Henry Boyce has released a warning to the public concerning two high risk sex offenders relocated to different areas in Sharp County.
Henry Grandstaff is said to be relocating to the Sidney Arkansas area of Sharp County and Daryl Richard Malin is said to be relocating to the Cave City area of Sharp County.
Prosecutor Henry Boyce wrote Sheriff Mark Counts with concern about reviews of these two offenders and stated both have a likelihood to reoffend.
Henry Grandstaff has a lengthy record including Escape 2nd Degree, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Criminal Impersonation, Theft of Property, Terroristic Threating and Sexual Assault 1st Degree. Grandstaff is also known to drastically change his appearance.
Daryl Richard Malin has a record including multiple Forgery charges and probation violations and Sexual Assault. Malin is described as a High Risk Level 3 according to ACIC.
