Lawrence County Criminal Investigators have arrested Christopher Erwin, 36 years old of Jonesboro on charges of Stalking.
The arrest came after a female victim filed a report in early May stating Erwin was sending harassing text and voicemails, a protection order was then granted by the circuit court according to investigators.
Erwin then continued to harass the victim after the order was served according to the Sheriff’s Office. An affidavit was filed in District Court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
Erwin was taken into custody and is currently in the Lawrence County Jail awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
