Michael Wilson of North Kentucky Street in Imboden has been arrested by U.S. Marshals in Helena Arkansas on Negligent Homicide charges according to a release from the U.S. Marshals Office.
The incident stemmed from a fatal accident involving Wilson that took the life of Debbie Dustin in March of 2015. Wilson has lived at several residences in and around the Imboden area as well as the Helena area. Marshals arrested Wilson on Friday in Helena Arkansas without incident.
Lawrence and Randolph County Sheriff’s Deputies had been on the lookout in the area for Wilson over the last several months. Wilson is facing Negligent Homicide and has a lengthy criminal past including charges of multiple driving offenses, possession of prohibited weapons, domestic battery, careless/prohibited driving and driving while intoxicated.
