According to the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division, Casey Moore, 23 of Hoxie was arrested and charged with 4th Degree Sexual Assault on Tuesday.
According to CID, Moore was arrested after an investigation was conducted and investigators concluded Moore had sexual contact with a 14 year old female.
Casey Moore was arrested and taken to the Lawrence County Jail, Bond was set at $1500.00 and Moore was ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device.
