​On December 29, 2015 Woodruff County and Jackson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Kenneth L. Dewitt on a warrant issued by Third Judicial District Circuit Judge Harold Erwin after finding probable cause for Dewitt’s arrest based on a Motion to Revoke Bond filed by Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce.
The Motion for Revocation recited violations of the Conditions of Bond Dewitt previously agreed to abide by when he was initially charged with 50 counts of Sexual Assault in the Third Degree in Jackson County Circuit Court on December 17, 2015.
The nature of the violation was domestic abuse. Dewitt remains incarcerated in the Jackson County Jail at this time.
