According to the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission Chairman David Feilke the City of Imboden has been approved for a deferred loan from the Water, Sewer and Solid Waste Fund.
Monday’s announcement stated the loan is for $51,500 for a 12 year repayment plan with a 2.75 percent interest rate, also approved was a $50,000 grant from the same fund.
The commission stated the funds will be used to rehabilitate and upgrade a 100,000 gallon elevated water storage tank.
