Eddie Lee Bell, 54 years old of Lynn has been arrested by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office after a joint investigation with the Arkansas State Police Crimes Against Children Division.
Bell was arrested on Monday and charged with Sexual Assault 2nd Degree, a Felony charge. Eddie Bell was taken to the Lawrence County Jail to await a Bond Hearing according to Detectve Andrew Turner of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division.
