By order of proclamation from the President of the United States, all public buildings should lower the United States and Arkansas flags to half-staff immediately and keep them at half-staff until sundown on July 25, 2015 in honor of victims of the tragedy in Chattanooga, TN.
According to Arkansas State Flag Protocol Code 5.01 “Use During Period of Mourning: The Arkansas Flag should be flown at half-staff whenever the U.S. Flag is so flown.”
