Deputies with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and the Third Judicial Drug Task Force served a search warrant on the residence of James Earl Dillard of the 300 block of East 2nd Street In Imboden. Officers discovered drug paraphernalia in the residence as they conducted their search.

Dillard was recently placed on probation after a November 2014 arrest for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance and Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms and on June 24th was convicted and placed on probation.

James Dillard was arrested on July 14th and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and taken to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing and court date.
