Curtis Banks of Strawberry and Mitchell Nicholas Sr. have both been arrested and charged in Lawrence County with theft.
The arrest stems after the suspects were identified in a theft case in the Alicia area. Once the suspects were identified, investigators with the Lawrence County Criminal Investigation Division interviewed and charged the two individuals.
Bond was set for the two, Burks was set at $1500.00 and Nicholas was set at $750.00.
