At 7:02 pm the Lawrence County Dispatch Center received a report of a possible structure fire on New Muddy Lane just outside Imboden in Randolph County. The Imboden Volunteer Fire Department responded with Rescue 4 and Engine 2 to the fire located at 628 New Muddy Lane.
Firefighters arrived on scene to find a fully engulfed mobile home at the scene, Imboden requested mutual response from the Ravenden Volunteer Fire Department, dispatch paged Ravenden at 7:16 pm. Units from the Ravenden Volunteer Fire Department responded with a tanker, engine and manpower to the scene. AET Ambulance of Imboden was also paged for standby at the scene.
The home was a total loss, firefighters protected other structures near the home. No injuries were reported, the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
