As part of the 6th grade students studies of the Hunter’s Education Program, Mr. Anthony “Moose” Hawkins, and Mr. Wade Spence from the Arkansas Game & Fish visited Mrs.Sue Dail’s class. The students incorporated Arkansas History and Hunter’s Education in Mrs.Sue Dail’s class. Mr. Anthony “Moose” Hawkins discussed Hunter Ethics and Safety with the students. He brought several furs from Arkansas wildlife and identified them to the students. He discussed Arkansas hunting laws and bag limits of each animal. Mrs.Sue Dail is completed the course with the 6th grade students, and administered the Arkansas Hunter’s Education test to them. Students passing the test will receive their hunter’s education certification, which is required for hunters in the state of Arkansas.
