On Monday a Lawrence County Deputy made contact with Orrin Fallis while at the Hoxie Water Department, the deputy stated he believed by his actions that he may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Fallis was on a suspended sentence according to reports.
Fallis was asked if he was under the influence of anything and also if he’d be able to pass a drug test. The suspect stated that he was under the influence saying he’d taken xanax, meth and smoked marijuana. Fallis was detained and taken to the Sheriff’s Office for a drug screening, officers also went to the suspects residence on Clark Street in Hoxie and conducted a search. In the search deputies discovered a tin containing scales, pipes and hemostats.
Fallis was arrested for violation of conditions of SIS and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fallis also tested positive for meth and marijuana. He is currently in the Lawrence County Jail.
