On August 19th the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office responded to East 2nd Street in Imboden after a 911 call reporting a possible structure fire at the corner of 2nd and Hickory, caller stated they hear the sounds of screams coming from the area.
Imboden Fire Department along with EMS were also dispatched to the scene. Several deputies arrived to find a small fire within a fence enclosure that appeared unsupervised. Shortly after deputies arrived, the female subject identified as Heather Hostler came out of the residence asking officers what was going on. The female stated that herself and a co-inhabitant had been in an argument outside the residence earlier stating the male had left the scene. Deputies ask if anyone else was in the residence, the female advised that Hardy Bradley was visiting, Bradley was known to have warrants in Sharp, Randolph and Lawrence Counties. The female gave deputies permission to enter the residence where Bradley was taken into custody.
The female suspect was advised of warrants out of Randolph County, as she was searched, a plastic baggie of what was later determined to be meth was discovered on her person. She was advised of her rights, the female the led deputies to several other baggies containing drugs, paraphernalia including digital scales and a loaded weapon in the home.
Hostler was charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Fire Arm, Possession Of Schedule 1 or 2 Substance less then 2 gram.
