Friday night, a deputy made a routine traffic stop on Hwy 91 outside of Walnut Ridge. The driver was found to be Driving of Suspended, a further check determined the female had outstanding warrants for Failure to Appear.
After further investigation the officer was permitted to search the vehicle, the search turned up drug paraphernalia, Meth (Ice) residue in a baggie and Hydrocodone.
Amie Ledman of Hoxie was arrested and charged with Driving on Suspended Drivers License, Failure To Appear, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
