At 6 am on Friday, the Lawrence County Dispatch received a 911 call of a mobile home on fire located on 210 West 2nd Street. The Imboden Volunteer Fire Department was paged and responded with several truck and firemen to the scene.
Chief Chris Jones arrived on scene and described a “well involved mobile home†and requested the assistance of the Ravenden Volunteer Fire Department as well. Ravenden was paged and responded with an engine and several firefighters as well.
According to reports, all persons living there were able to escape the fire uninjured. The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. Ravenden was on scene 6:15 am to assist Imboden with the fire. A Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputy arrived on scene as well to assist with traffic.
