Rutledge is wanted for Felony Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia With Purpose. Mark Rutledge’s last know address was 204 East 1st Street in Imboden. Rutledge is also known to stay in Cherokee Village in Sharp County.
Mark Rutledge is known by authorities to use numerous alias’ and different dates of birth. Rutledge has an extensive arrest record that includes several drug convictions.
