Vice President and Reporter,Â April Rainwater read last year Accomplishments.

The PTE concession stand was a success at the Car Show.

At the Open House volunteers passed out packets with PTO Magazines,Â coupons, and samples.

The PTE gave the entire school K-12^th, Faculty, and Staff,Â water bottle gifts with Sloan-Hendrix PTE and the greyhound logo onÂ them.Â The PTE would like to thank all the Volunteers for helping.

New Business

President, Amanda StallingsÂ presented fundraising efforts and plans for the year.

The PTE voted on sellingÂ black and gold spirit Pom Poms to boost our school spirits at the ballÂ games; all for, non against.

Middle School Landscape

Mill Creek Gardens plan to donate the Mulch; Thank you Mill Creek Garden in Pocahontas, AR!

PTE voted on buying 7 Japanese Sky Pencil Shrubs; all for, non against
We are waiting on a reply for donated landscape timbers .

Can Food Drive Oct. 17^th at the Black and Gold game.

At the Oct. 21^st meeting in the school library, we will be making paper poppies for the Veteranâ€™s Day Program, volunteers are appreciated.
Make committees for Bi-Laws and Outdoor Classroom project.

4 trees for the elementary playground one for each grade 1^st -4^th, LookingÂ Â for donations. Each class will be responsible for the care of the tree.
