On January 16, 2010 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Trevor Wixson (18) of Lynn on charges of residential burglary, theft of property and criminal trespassing. The charges stem from a Strawberry area resident reporting that their home had been broken into with electronics and jewelry being taken on December 28, 2012. Wixson was listed as a person of interest. Investigators with the Sheriff’s Office spoke with Wixson and he confessed to climbing in a window of the residence and taking the property. Wixson was placed under arrest and held for a bond hearing. Wixson is also expected to be charged in the theft of an ATV from the Smithville area. At a bond hearing on January 21, 2013, bond was set at $20,000 and a Circuit Court date of February 07 was issued.
