Charges have been filed in Randolph County against Branigan Kyle Stacy who was arrested in Pochaontas possessing a 2009 Chevrolet stolen out of Imboden.
Stacy was charged with Felony Forgery, Misdemeanor Fleeing, Misdemeanor Driving On Suspended License and Misdemeanor Theft of Property in Randolph County. The arrest came after Stacy was seen driving a stolen vehicle.
According to Sheriff Jody Dotson, Stacy must still face formal charges in Lawrence County for stealing the truck in Imboden. Stacy admitted to investigators that he took the truck belonging to Larry McLeod from his carport on Tuesday.

Update: Stacy was charged in Lawrence County with Felony Theft and Misdemeanor Criminal Trespass today, according to Lawrence County Sheriff Jody Dotson.
Update: According to Sheriff Dotson, Stacy is currently being held in the Randolph County Jail on $25,000.00 Bond and a Jan. 14th Court date. Also at a seperate bond hearing in Lawrence County was held, Stacy has a $20,000.00 Bond and a Jan. 15th Court date.
