Sheriff Jody Dotson today released the arrest information of James Franklin Stover of Black Rock. Stover was on the Lawrence County Most Wanted for Revocation of Probation on theft charges.

Stover was stopped on a traffic stop in Harrisburg by the Arkansas State Police on Sunday when it was discovered he was wanted out of Lawrence County.
