According to Sheriff Mark Counts of the Sharp County Sheriff’s Office, Detective Sgt. Ken Guidry has resigned after sexually explicit photos of himself was found on his county cell phone.

Guidry was given the choice of be fired or resign, a letter was of resignation was received by Sheriff Counts. According to Sheriff Counts, the photos were discovered by Guidry’s wife and Guidry has since left Arkansas.
