At 8:30 pm the Lawrence County Dispatch paged the Imboden and Ravenden Volunteer Fire Departments after receiving a 911 call reporting a house on fire at 102 Lawrence 1080 in Ravenden.
Ravenden and Imboden responded with several engines, brush trucks and a tanker. Once on scene, what appeared to be a camper trailer was fully involved and a portion of the house’s garage was also on fire. Firemen worked very fast knocking the fire down. The residence suffered extensive damage, their were no injuries reported. AET Ambulance of Imboden was on scene as well.
After about an hour, the fire was contained and the Imboden Fire Department was relieved. Members of the Ravenden Department remained on scene for a while. The cause of the fire was unknown.
