At 9:57 am, the Lawrence County Dispatch received a 911 call reporting a one vehicle accident on Hwy 361 near Lynn.
 
Lynn and Saffell Fire Departments responded along with officers from the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and Arkansas State Police. AET Ambulance of Imboden was also dispatched to the scene from Imboden.
 
Reports from the scene described the driver of the vehicle as being ejected from the vehicle. Units on scene called for a medical helicopter from Air-Evac to respond. Fire fighters closed Hwy 361 at 10:43 am and landed the air unit on the highway, the patient was flown to an area hospital, the identity of the victim and the extent of the injuries was unknown. Lynn and Saffell Fire Departments were clear at 11:11 pm.
 
The accident is being investigated by the Arkansas State Police with assistance from the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.
