Imboden Man Charged With Failing To Register As A Sex Offender Twice In Same Month Along With Other Charges

 
On April 16, 2012 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Bryan Morgan (10/09/89) of Imboden for residential burglary, failure to register, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and violation of probation. The arrest came after the Sheriff’s office received reports of a residence on Hendrix Street in Imboden that someone had broken into and was living in it. Deputies responded to the residence and found a window broken out. Inside the residence deputies found Morgan asleep. Deputies recognized Morgan and knew he was a registered sex offender. Morgan was out on bond for prior charges of failure to register. Morgan is also on probation. Morgan had not notified anyone of his whereabouts. Morgan was placed under arrest and transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing.
