Members of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, Walnut Ridge Police Department and Hoxie Police Department again traveled to Fulton County to assist with the search for the missing 3 year old not seen since Saturday.
Divers investigated the deep holes around the bridge where Caleb Linn was last seen. Arkansas Game and Fish worked with divers from Craighead County. Once the bridge was cleared again. Next members of the Arkansas Game and Fish worked with search dogs from the Shelby County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office searched the river for signs of scent.
The dogs identified several points of interest, once identified the divers preformed grid searches of the target area. Reports from the scene confirmed that divers recovered personal items believed to belong to the missing victim shortly after lunch on Tuesday. Searchers were still working areas marked by the K-9 search dogs.
The search was called due to darkness, the search will enter it’s 5th day when efforts are resumed tomorrow. Sheriff Dotson announced that the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office would again assist with the search on Wednesday.
