The Imboden Volunteer Fire Department has announced the plans for it’s 5th Annual Halloween Block Party to be held in Imboden on Monday October 31st from 6 to 8 pm.
As in years past the intersections to be closed will be West 4th at Florida, the southern end of Georgia Street at 4th, South North Carolina at 4th, West 5th Street at Hwy 115. Traffic will be closed with access to be limited to emergency traffic and residents only. Parking is available at the Bill McCurley Gym located on the campus of Sloan Hendrix and the Church Of Christ parking lot.
Members of the Imboden Volunteer Fire Department, Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and AET Ambulance will be present at the intersections to help with traffic control. Parents are asked to remain with their children and keep children in sight at all times. As in years past, the fire department wishes to thank all the residents for their continued support of this program.
