Kindergarten through third grade students at the Imboden Area Charter School had the opportunity to go on a field trip recently to Hardy where they attended the annual Native American Pow Wow. Students were treated to being able to see and visit with Native Americans who were in native dress and take lessons, under close supervision, in throwing spears and archery.
They saw tee pees, arrowheads, and other artifacts of early Native American life.
