Lifelong Imboden Resident Jewel Horsman Passes Away At 85
Henry Jewel Horsman was born in Imboden on July 10th, 1926 to parents Henry and Ruth Horsman. Jewel passed away Sunday, September 25th 2011 at the age of 85.
Jewel Horsman was preceded in death by two brothers, Lowel and Dowel Horsman and a sister Lelia Jones. Jewel Horsman is survived by his wife Stella Horsman of the home, 2 daughters Janis Goodman and Judy Norris both of Imboden and one son, Gary Horsman of Springfield Missouri. Mr. Horsman is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and his sister, Helen Matthews of Imboden.
Funeral services for Mr. Horsman will be held Wednesday, September 28th at 10:00 am at the Assembly of God Church in Imboden with Michael Bradley and Linnie Finney officiating the service. Burial will follow at the Old Union Cemetery.
Visitation for Mr. Horsman will be held Tuesday night from 5-7 pm. at the Chapel of McNabb Funeral Home in Pocahontas.
