At 5:11 am on Monday morning the Lawrence County Dispatch paged the Lynn Volunteer Fire Department and AET Ambulance of Imboden to the scene of a one vehicle semi wreck on Hwy 361 just outside of Lynn.

The Lynn Fire Department arrived on scene to discover the semi had overturned and the driver was ejected during the wreck. The driver had severe lacerations to his arm according to firefighters but was alert. The driver was transported to White River Medical Center in Batesville by AET Ambulance.

The truck was carrying chicken feed, which was dumped in the ditch. The Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office was on scene assisting Lynn firemen with traffic as well as conducting an investigation. The truck was owned by a company in Batesville, the drivers name was not released.
