Sheriff Jody Dotson is adding a link to the latest App from the FBI to his website. The App is a free tool from the FBI that can save valuable time in the event of a lost child.
The FBI Child ID App is the first mobile application created by the FBI. It provides a convenient place to electronically store photos and vital information about your child. You can show photos, height information and weight information to security or police officers on the spot. You can also email the photos to the authorities with a few clicks.
For example, you could email the information to the sheriff’s tips email at tips@lawrencecountysheriffsoffice.com , then the information could be sent to all the Lawrence County Deputies, most can retrieve this email information via smart phones.
