At 11:20pm on Tuesday night, the Lawrence County Dispatch received a 911 call of a wreck on Hwy 63 in Sedgwick. The Sedgewick Volunteer Fire Department, Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office and AET Ambulance of Walnut Ridge were dispatched to the scene of a two vehicle accident involving a semi truck and a passenger vehicle. The Sedgwick Fire Department was on scene at 11:24pm, AET Ambulance was on scene at 11:27pm. AET Ambulance requested a helicopter to be in route to the scene.
 Lawrence County Deputies arriving on scene requested the assistance of the Walnut Ridge Fire Department for possible extrication of one injured person. Walnut Ridge units were on scene at 11:35pm.
At 11:50pm Air-Evac landed on scene in Sedgwick to transport the injured subject to the hospital. No names have been released at this time, conditions of the injured are not known.
