On July 14, 2011 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Dept. arrested Justin Cody Reynolds (06/26/92) of Black Rock for aggravated assault. The arrest came after an incident at a Black Rock convenience store where according to victim and witness statements that Reynolds held a pen knife to the throat of a male juvenile. Information gathered was used to obtain a warrant for Reynolds. Reynolds was arrested without incident and transported to the Lawrence County Jail. Bond was set at $15,000 and Circuit Court date of August 24 was issued.
