On May 24, 2011 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Dept arrested Terry Fears (01/18/89) of Alicia for revocation of suspended imposition of sentence on forgery and defrauding a secured creditor. Fears was placed on 72 months of suspended imposition of sentence back in November of 2008 so he could try and pay restitution of close to $25,000 on forgery and defrauding a secured creditor. Fears had not been making his restitution payments to the victims and had also picked up new charges of being in possession of a firearm by a felon. This information was used to obtain a warrant for Fears. Deputies tracked down Fears and arrested him on the warrant. When Fears was arrested it was learned that he also had several misdemeanor warrants out for him as well. Fears was transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a revocation hearing.
