At 6:02pm a tornado touched down in Joplin Missouri leveling Joplin High School and directly striking St. John’s Hospital in Joplin. Two Joplin Fire Departments had the roofs collaspe from the storms. Office of Emergency Services in Joplin are reporting deaths from the storm and injuries in the hundreds.
 Reports are coming in that Interstate 44 is closed in Joplin due to multiple semi trucks overturned, blocking traffic. Emergency Responders from all over the area are en route to the area to assist.
 At 9pm Sunday the storms were moving across the southern part of Missouri in an easterly direction.
