Travelers on US 63 through Black Rock need to add a little extra time to their commute. Workers from the Arkansas Highway Department installed 2 stop lights on each end of the Black River Bridge while repairs are made.
This adds to the growing concern around the bridge, which had it’s weight limits lowered last month, along with the speed limit dropped to 45 mph.
