A minor accident in Imboden at 12:13pm at the corner of Hwy 115 and 4th street leads to much more.
The accident between a passenger car and a pickup truck was being investigated by Cpl. Creston Hutton of the Arkansas State Police when Trooper Hutton discovered the passenger in the passenger car had outstanding warrants in both Randolph County and Greene County.
The passenger identified as Ramona Mandera of Imboden was taken to Lawrence Memorial Hospital by AET Ambulance Service of Imboden. Neither occupants in the passenger car were wearing seatbelts.
The driver of the passenger car was cited for no seatbelt, no license on the vehicle and no proof of insurance on the vehicle. The driver of the pickup truck was cited for failure to yield.
