Jody Dotson Wins Democratic Sheriff Runoff In Lawrence County.
Just after 10pm with 30 of 30 precincts reporting unofficial results show Jody Dotson winning over Glen Smith. Vote counts were 1984 for Dotson and 1594 for Smith, with the unoffical count being 55% to 45%.

Voters in the runoff for Lawrence County Judge decided in a 65% to 35% margin for Democratic candidate Dale Freeman over J.R. Rogers.
In an unofficial vote count of 2322 for Freeman and 1276 for Rogers the race for the Democratic runoff was decided.

James Ratliff Wins District 73 Democratic Runoff….
James Ratliff of Imboden wins the District 73 State Representative seat defeating Ronald Cavanaugh by a margin of 53% to 47%.
With 41 of 41 precincts reporting James Ratliff won a hard fought battle for the Democratic position.

The Democratic Senate race here in Arkansas has drawn national attention from news agencies.
With 2340 of 2388 precincts reporting Lincoln had a 52% to 48% lead over Bill Halter.
She will face John Boozeman the Republican candidate in November.
