On May 27, 2010 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department arrested Deanna Gatewood age 30 of Paragould, James Green age 39 of Pocahontas and Daniel Foster age 24 of Jonesboro for possession of pseudo ephedrine with intent to manufacture meth, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use and conspiracy to manufacture meth. The arrest came after deputies had earlier raided a meth lab on County Road 438 and then learned that others were involved in the lab. Deputies went back to the residence and the three subjects arrived with boxes of pseudo ephedrine and syringes. One of the subjects told the deputies that they had purchased the pseudo ephedrine to have it made into meth at the shake and bake lab. All three subjects were placed under arrest and transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing on Friday.
