May 15, 2010, at approximately 3:00 pm, the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Dept arrested Kenneth Bass age 28 of Black Rock and Haley Heller age 25 of Pocahontas for manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernial with intent to manufacture, possession of pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture and possession of drug paraphernial with intent to use. The arrest came after a concerned citizen called the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department and reported that meth was being manufactured at a room at the Autumn Inn in Imboden, Arkansas. Deputies responded to the motel and knocked on the door. When the occupants opened the door the deputies could see the componets of the lab. Bass and Heller were both placed under arrest. Deputies found pseudoephedrine pills, items used to manufacture meth including scales and other items used to injest meth. Both subjects were transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing on Monday.

UPDATE** Bond was set at $5,000 on Bass and Heller and a circuit court date of June 30
