Special Book Donation to the Library

The book Remembering : Smith and Mcleod Families was donated to the Bobbie Jean Memorial Library here in Imboden last week by Beulah Lee Mcleod Evans.  “Remembering” is written by William Grundy Smith Jr. and it is not only a expansive history of the Smith and Mcleod families but a glimpse into what life in rural Lawrence County, Arkansas was like for the author. 

 Beulah Lee holds a special place in the Lawrence County community due to her dedication to the Lawrence Memorial Hospital and Lawrence Hall nursing home doing volunteer work for over 20 years. (Not to mention she is my Great-Aunt. lol)
